Since 2007 the branch has held a mini-show for Cacti in May and for Succulents in August. Chris Leather has taken photos since 2009 which can be seen by clicking on the buttons below.
Our current mini-shows get judged by all branch members at the meeting. The rules are quite simple. Each person is given a ballot paper upon which each class is listed. Everyone is then asked to pick their favourite plant from each class and note the entry number of the plant on the ballot paper. The highest scoring plants in each class wins 1st, 2nd, 3rd places.
The most recent mini show we have photos from was 2014. We haven’t had a show since 2015.
