Our meetings are held at the Parish Hall of St Thomas More Church, M24 1PP, which can be found at the top of Mainway on the map below (marked by the blue drawing pin).
Accessibility : The hall is all on one level and there are no large steps. The meeting room is very large, open and airy.
Facilities : Refreshments (tea, coffee and usually biscuits) are served at the interval. Toilets (including wheelchair friendly) are also available.
Parking : We have a medium sized carpark that will hold 15 or so cars and there is plenty of free on street parking nearby in the unlikely event the carpark is full. Mainway (the road next to the venue) is very wide, so there is no difficulty in parking there.
Travelling Clockwise on the M60 (orange line)
From junction 20 of the M60 (the thicker orange line running left to right), turn left along Manchester New Road.
After 300 yds you turn right into the dual carriageway of Mainway. At the end of Mainway (a quarter of a mile), turn right, go over the speed bump/pedestrian crossing, and then turn immediate right between the church and the hall. You should be able to park there.
Travelling Anti-clockwise on the M60 (yellow line)
If travelling along the M60 in an anti-clockwise direction, you cannot exit the motorway at Junction 20. You will need to continue to Junction 19, turn about on the roundabout and then come back on the other side of the motorway to Junction 20. Then follow clockwise directions above.
