MesembsVirtually – A quarterly collaboration between BCSS Manchester Branch, the San Francisco Cactus and Succulent Society and The Mesemb Study Group

Each year the BCSS Manchester Branch hosts the North West Mesemb Show on the 2nd Saturday in October. Obviously that wasn’t possible in October 2020 so in collaboration with the San Francisco Cactus and Succulent Society and the Mesemb Study Group it was decided to replace the show with an afternoon of talks. The idea proved popular so the meetings were carried on every quarter with an evening talk about Mesembs. There has now been over 10 such meetings.

The Mesemb Show returned to being a live show in 2022 and will take place again in 2023.

To be kept up-to-date when the next meeting will be please subscribe to our Mailing Lists on our Contact Us page.

You do not need to be a member of any of the societies to attend meetings. Anyone with an interest in learning more about Mesembs is welcome to join.
